Terms of service

Enakt runs the workflows you configure and returns results for your team to review. You're responsible for how those results are used once reviewed and signed off. Use the service lawfully and only for data and sources you're entitled to access.

Enakt verifies figures against their primary sources and flags what it cannot confirm — but the review-and-sign-off step is yours. Results are decision support, not a substitute for your professional judgment. See Reliability for exactly what we measure and what we don't claim yet.

You retain ownership of your data. Our handling commitments are in the Security and Privacy pages.

Enterprise customers contract under a separate master agreement, order form, and data processing agreement that take precedence over these terms. Talk to sales to start that process.

We may update these terms as the service evolves; material changes will be posted here with an updated date.
